Shipping & Returns:

  • Shipping & Delivery:

All packages are shipped via Colissimo & Chronopost for deliveries.

Shipping fees are charged per order based on the weight of each package and are not refundable. Taxes are to be considered in some countries.

An email with a tracking number will be sent after the order has been paid.

Order processing time is 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping of packages is about 2 to 4 days for deliveries within France and 5 to 14 days for deliveries within the European Union.

An e-mail confirming the shipment of your package will be sent to you. You will be able to follow the information relating to the evolution of the treatment of your orders by the conveyor in the email of follow-up which this one will send to you.

Kifahari Studio is not responsible for any delays in delivery once your package is handed over to the carrier.

Please contact us within 15 business days of delivery for any problems with your order.

If the package has not been received within 15 business days, please contact us as soon as possible, as well as the carrier with your tracking number.

 

  • Returns & Exchanges:

For all return requests, please contact orders@kifaharistudio.com to proceed with shipping.

For international returns, this step is essential because it will allow you to know exactly the steps to follow.

Items that have had the tag removed cannot be returned.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Only online items at normal price within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Only the price of the item will be refunded. The shipping costs of the original order are not refunded.

  • Refunds

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund.

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

After receiving the returned item, we will examine it to make sure it is in good condition. Once the examination is validated, you will receive an email to inform you that the return has been validated.

You will be informed by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 14 days depending on your payment method.

You may also choose to obtain a store credit for future purchases.

This option will be applied when a refund on your original payment method is not possible.
